At Van Velze & Smith, we’ve been on an enlightening journey over the past few weeks, connecting with the people who know our boots best: our customers. Through a series of feedback interviews, we had the privilege of hearing directly from those who’ve walked miles in our boots, literally. The insights were invaluable, reminding us of the values that built our brand – quality and comfort.

For those who may not know, Boot4Boot was a program where, for every pair of boots sold, we donated a pair to those in need.
